Kalindi tells us that seeing the duality consciously does not mean that you cannot participate in pleasure that comes your way, but you see the duality, knowing that at any moment suffering could happen. You have to be willing to live with the awareness of duality in your consciousness and be conscious of it all the time in order to see the workings of the illusion. Be very positive in your consciousness about having enough awareness and inner strength that you can look straight on at the illusion and not make any excuses for it.
