In this talk, Gourasana begins by giving His audience direction regarding how they should listen and engage during the session. He says, “You must go within. To the degree that everyone in the group is situated within, to that degree the power for everyone can increase. So do not be an idle spectator.” His opening offers additional guidance on how seekers can receive His teachings. Gourasana then responds to audience questions, such as:

• What practical things can we do in our daily lives to become ready to transcend this plane?
• Is energy spent on politics wasted energy, or can that enrich our spiritual life?
• What opportunities do our dreams offer us in the transformational process?

Gourasana explains that transcending this state of illusion is a direct experience of love and light which “. . . is not just an emotion. It is a realm.” And the direct experience of this realm is reached by going within.
