Gourasana teaches that there are only two choices of focus for those on a spiritual path: the material world or God. In this early talk, Gourasana tells His audience they must become “obsessed” with finding the truth if they want to be successful and not take birth for another lifetime. Throughout this talk, He offers practical directions about how to live in the material world while simultaneously letting go of it. He says, “The way to approach it is not through sudden repression and denial but through gradual changing of it through awareness.”
