Gourasana states, “The truth is the most elusive thing in this place and the hardest thing to find. The reason is that this is a place of darkness where the truth is deeply hidden.” The reality is that it is hard to face that this is a place of bondage. This goes on, lifetime after lifetime, until finally something is done to break free from this place. The reason you cannot hear the truth clearly is that everyone is filled with so many concepts, judgments, and beliefs about what spiritual life means and how it should feel.
