Kalindi explains there is a sexual focus and high urgency for releasing sexual repression in this spiritual path. She says that the body is undergoing rapid spiritual transformation and there must be the same rapid movement in the sexual area, “. . . so that you can just move forward at a great speed: your whole being moving out of the illusion, not the whole half of you stuck in the illusion because you’re repressed.” There is a focus on opening up sexually in Her teachings because, “It is about all of the centers and energies and chakras being completely open at the same time and everything moving.”
