Gourasana advises, “. . . the path to full awareness is highly individualized. While there are certain truths that apply to everyone all of the time, there are truths – or things that must be done – that will apply to each individual at different times. Depending upon your consciousness and what your particular difficulties are, a certain practice may or may not be recommended, an area of endeavor may or may not concern you. But it is never all one way or another: it is some degree.” He teaches people not to become rigid and have a “right or wrong” mentality, encouraging instead to be open-minded. In this talk, Gourasana explores His teaching in this context, giving many examples of what He means.
