Kalindi says people can all recognize when sentimental love occurs, especially when they see it in others. She says “It is the illusion sucking up the love that you could actually have, and you are settling for a pitiful amount of pleasure when you settle for that kind of false love.” Kalindi encourages disengaging from sentimental love to experience true love from the true self and God. Kalindi says people should just decide when they are going to let go of sentimental love. She says, “Face your fears and just do it. Do what God wants you to do constantly.”
